Check if your phone supports eSIM

Type your phone model to confirm it works with our eSIMs. Most phones from 2018 onward do.

Still not sure?

Check your phone’s settings directly. If you see an “Add eSIM” option, your phone supports it.

  • • iPhone: Settings → Mobile (or Cellular) → Add eSIM
  • • Android: Settings → Connections (or Network) → SIM Manager → Add eSIM

How to Install Your eSIM

  1. 1Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data)
  2. 2Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan"
  3. 3Choose "Use QR Code" and scan the QR code from your email
  4. 4Label the new plan (e.g., "Travel Data")
  5. 5When asked, set your default line for data to the new eSIM
  6. 6Turn on the eSIM when you arrive at your destination

Tip: Install your eSIM over Wi-Fi before you travel. Turn it on when you arrive.
