1. Introduction

Welcome to REDX Travel ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on REDX Travel. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. eSIM Products & Usage

REDX Travel acts as a reseller of eSIM data plans from third-party network providers. By purchasing an eSIM plan, you acknowledge:

• eSIM plans are valid only for the destination(s) stated in the product description.
• Data allowances are subject to fair use policies enforced by the underlying network provider.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchase.
• Actual network coverage and speeds may vary depending on the local carrier and location.
• REDX Travel is not responsible for network outages, congestion, or coverage limitations caused by the underlying provider.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via our payment partners. Prices are displayed in the selected display currency but may be settled in USD depending on the payment method.

Refund Policy: eSIM profiles that have been installed or activated on a device are non-refundable. If you have purchased an eSIM and have not yet installed it, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

A processing fee is charged per transaction to cover payment gateway costs. This fee is non-refundable.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. REDX Travel is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of REDX Travel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDX Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of connectivity, or travel disruptions caused by eSIM failure.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
